ChessStar Site Updates - English
Ferhat Karmil
Today we have opened the English version of the site. It is clear that this is just the beginning and we still have a lot of work to improve this functionality.
But the need to create a second language on the site was obvious, since many questions arose among the English-speaking audience about registering, forming and submitting their compositions to ChessStar contests, there were other questions.
By default, the site will be in Russian for now. To switch to the English version of the site, you should select the word English from the list above the main panel on the right.
In the English version, the news of the site will, of course, be in English, the forum, as it was written earlier, will be autonomous in relation to the forum in Russian. In the English version of the site, the forum topics will be different than in the Russian one.
A big request to the English-speaking readers, subscribers and registered users, if you find a stylistic or grammatical error in the English version, write to us about it, we will be grateful to you!
As previously stated, the newsletters will be in two languages. Therefore, we recommend that English-speaking subscribers unsubscribe from the newsletter in Russian and switch to the English version. The same applies to Russian-speaking subscribers, who should switch to the Russian version if they receive news in English.
We have translated into English through the google service, but this was done for the first time and hopefully for the last time.
The following articles, comments, etc. in English will be written by experienced translators.
All the best, take care of yourself!
